Gualterianas Festivities
The Gualterian Parties began as free fairs celebrated in honor of São Gualter, taking place in Guimarães since 1906, always on the first weekend of August.
Thousands of Vimaranenses and visitors meet in the city where Portugal was born to participate in the different numbers that make up the Gualterian, among which stand out, for their tradition and spectacularity, the Cortejo do Linho, the Battle of the Flowers and the Gualterian March.
